I’m an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector with eight years of experience in the industry. I’ve completed two intensive home inspection courses from accredited schools and have passed the National Home Inspection Exam. Although Colorado is not a state that requires home inspectors to be licensed, I hold the certifications and have passed the tests that would be required to be a licensed inspector. In addition to home inspection certifications, I’ve completed the CO state certification course to be able to perform asbestos building inspections. In the last eight years, I’ve successfully completed over 3,200 inspections ranging from homes built in the late 1800s to the present day.
When I’m not inspecting homes, I like to spend my free time taking advantage of all the great outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer with my wife and dog. I also ride and race with a local cycling team, enjoy backpacking, triathlon, paddle boarding, swimming, trail running, and traveling.
